Description
Plumpy’Sup™ is a ready-to-use nutritional supplement (RUSF) also defined as a fortified complementary food, designed for the treatment of moderate acute malnutrition from the age of 6 months, as part of nutritional supplementation programmes.
Does not replace a varied, nutritious diet or breastfeeding. Breastfeeding immediately after birth, exclusively for the first 6 months, is recommended for at least 24 months.
